- Recommendations and thanks
- All project reviews take 2h and are restricted sessions
- only for the project representatives, the reviewers and the project officer.
- These are all final reviews and should concentrate on two aspects:
- * the work during the last year and comparison
- with the recommendations of last year's review
- * assessment of the work over the full lifetime of the project.
-
- All projects have a 30 min time slot
- (25 min for a public presentation and 5 min for discussion)
- The public presentation should be neither very technical
- nor detailed. The slides should not be overcrowded with technical
- information. The presentation should give an overview of
- the following in a clear way:
- * Describe briefly (no more than 10 min of the whole presentation)
- and in simple language the 2-3 main results achieved by the project
- at the end of its lifetime.
- * Situate the project results within the QIPC cluster, compare results and
- interrelations with other projects, show the place of the project
- in the larger picture. Please use the QIPC roadmap as a reference.
- * Was there collaboration between projects
- The goal is to situate each project with respect to the others
- and to obtain an overall picture of the achievements of the QIPC cluster.
-
- Each reviewer is required to attend
- the public presentation of all the projects he/she is reviewing,
- the reviews and the conference section on Tuesday.
- The public presentations contributes also to the review report.
- The conference section will take place
- on Tuesday 10h00 - 12h30 and 14h00 - 15h30. All project representatives,
- reviewers and POs are requested to attend the conference section
- QIPC researchers who are not directly involved
- in any of the reviewed projects are very welcome to attend the conference
- day on Tuesday and the public presentations of the projects.
-
- The meeting room facilities, reception
- and coffeee breaks are curtsy of Institut Henri Poincaré .
- Registration is free but compulsory at
-
the web site here
- Participants should make themselves hotel reservations.
- A list of hotels is available at the web site.
