Luchon (official name Bagneres-de-Luchon wikilink ) is on a distance of 140 km from Toulouse (about 2 hours 30mins by train, 1h30mins by car) and 340 km from Barcelona (4h drive).

TRAVEL FROM AIRPORT OF TOULOUSE TO RAILWAY STATION:
THERE IS TRAMWAY T2 line from airport to metro les Arenes (A line to railway station; about 20 mins), Palais de justice (B line 25mins)

Also you can take Navette Airoport till last stop Toulouse Matabiau runs each 20 mins, duration approximately 20 mins ==> 5 euro (student "etudiant" card can give some price reduction)

You can also rent a car at airport and drive directly to Luchon (about 1h30mins)

Bus transfer Toulouse-Luchon:
There will be a bus FARRUS from Toulouse airport to Luchon on June 27 at 17h00 from vicinity of Toulouse railway station ("gare routiere" CD31 (link) is located 50 meters to the right from the main exit of the railway station nearby to the stop of Navette bus to airport which is the meeting point). Responsible for bus trip is Leonardo Ermann (bus will take up to 23 students/participants with light luggage).
Return bus at 11 July will leave from Ramel, Luchon at 10h00 to railway station.

From the railway station at Luchon to residence Ramel:
it takes about 800 m walk (see the path here )

LATE ARRIVALS:
IF YOU ARRIVED LATE and reception of Ramel is closed: Go to bulging 1 (first to the entrance to the park). Search for the list of distribution of people over apparts in Ramel, it will be also on the wall of bulding 1 near reception. Chambre (room) number has 1st digit being bulding number, 3 next digits give room number inside the bulding. Bulding 1 is reception - 1st on entrance, 2nd is next bulding, 3rd is next-next near the river at the end of the park. This list will be on the wall of building 1, so you find your appart and you go there. The doors of appartments are open and keys are inside appart on the table. In case of problem look for D.Shepelyansky. In the list each room has the number of people in the room given taken from the registraion-payment list, sheets will be inside the appart according to this number. Generally there 2 keys per appartment. Take care about your appart neabor not leaving him/she without a key. The lost of key should be paid 50 euro.
